The Perform with Purpose Workbook is written for the athlete and serves as an introduction to the 4 Pillars of Mental Performance Skills taught by MBS Performance Counseling. Athletes will learn performance terms, gain access to worksheets in areas such as Self-Discovery, Positive Thinking, Overcoming Performance Barriers, and Developing a Game Day Mindset.
The last portion of the workbook provides guided monthly and weekly reflection pages for the athlete to learn from their own experiences in order to build a purposeful approach to their sport so they can play at their highest levels more consistently!
